Weather and Service Alerts

As always, please make sure that our service team members have a clear path, free of snow and ice, to access any containers at your location as well as a path large emnough to push or pull the containers to our truck.  If our service vehicles must drive onto a customer’s property, we ask that the driveways or access roads be clear of snow and ice.  If your snow removal/plowing is performed by an outside vendor, please remind them to not plow into or onto our containers.  Our service team will make every effort possible to service our customers, but will have no choice but to skip any customer who does not have a clear path.  The safety of our employees and customers is our main concern when making these decisions.

We appreciate your business and thank you.

REMINDERS FOR CURRENT CUSTOMERS:

Winter Notice: New England weather brings its own headaches when it comes to ensuring uninterrupted service to your trash and recycling. For our yard collection customers, please note that in order for service to be rendered during inclement weather (snow, icy, sleet, etc), we ask that you clear out your driveway and salt/sand accordingly to ensure timely service. Conversely, we are happy to collect your waste receptacles at the curb during these conditions as well.

Together we can make sure no can is left behind!

Good Practice: To ensure timely service, we ask that you place your trash and recycling materials out the evening before your scheduled pickup day.

Bulk Pickup: If you require a bulk pickup, i.e. house / garage cleanup, please call our office in advance for prices and to schedule a day for pickup. The pickup may be a different time or day from your regularly scheduled service. Please note that we will accept / collect yard debris as a bulk pickup for an extra fee.
